How it works

Adaptive features, explained

Every Accessible Wear piece is adapted to make dressing easier. Here’s what to look for, and how to choose.

Magnetic closures

Hidden magnets sit behind classic-looking buttons. They fasten with a gentle press instead of fine finger movements — ideal for arthritis, tremor or reduced grip. From the outside, they look exactly like ordinary buttons.

Open-back designs

Tops, dresses and gowns that open fully at the back make dressing simple while seated or with a carer’s help — no need to raise the arms or pull anything over the head.

Side & front fastening

Trousers and skirts with side openings or full front access make changing easier for wheelchair users and during personal care.

Easy-close footwear

Shoes and slippers open wide with hook-and-loop or stretch panels, in fittings from regular to extra wide — comfortable for swollen feet, bunions and orthotics, and easy to put on while seated.

How to choose

  1. Start with the need. Self-dressing, assisted dressing, seated dressing or recovery?
  2. Pick the closure. Magnetic for grip difficulty, open-back for seated or assisted dressing, side-fasten for wheelchair users.
  3. Check the size guide on each product, and size up if you’re between sizes.
