Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of selenara.com and any purchases you make from us. Selenara is a trading name of XP Onderneming (KvK 95426477, the Netherlands). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to order from Selenara.

2. Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refund and cancel orders affected by clear mistakes.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send our shipping confirmation email. We may decline orders at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, suspected fraud).

4. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free with tracking, with an estimated transit time of 3-5 working days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email support@selenara.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation in their original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely; we do not store card details.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Selenara and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce content without our written permission.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
