Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligible items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

How to return

  1. Email support@selenara.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or sent in error).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@selenara.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
