Do you charge for shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. For full details, see our shipping policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Full terms are in our returns & refund policy.

How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime through our order tracking page.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at support@selenara.com as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
